If you've converted a CSV back into an XML sitemap (via xmlsitemapmaker.com's Clean XML export, after pruning), submit the XML in Google Search Console. Sign in, select your verified property, open the Sitemaps report from the left-hand menu, paste the sitemap URL and click Submit. Within minutes, Search Console fetches the file and reports either Success or a parse error. You don't need to resubmit on every update — Google re-fetches on its own schedule. You should also declare the sitemap in robots.txt with Sitemap: https://example.com/sitemap.xml, which lets Bing, DuckDuckGo and other crawlers discover it. Only submit XML — Google ignores CSV.
